Sports - Activities

Deciding you will be your best possible in sports or other activities takes the same commitment to achieve anything else.  Sports are a great way to test your I WILL ability in a fairly controlled environment and mirrors life fairly well.  Individual or team oriented sports and activities all have the same components and challenges that life presents.

The great thing about committing to a sport or activity is you can really refine and hone in your achievement process skills over a short period of time.  The daily grind and rewards that come from that consistent challenging environment exposes and develops your achievement skills quickly.

The achievement skills that are learned in sports and other activities always relate to any other activity a person may want to do later.  In the case of children and youth the passion they have for a sport or activity does not always last due to changing interests but the achievement skills they learn universally applies.

The USofA achievement process is a great addition to any sport or activity that is being pursued to enhance the achievement possibilities as well as the long term payoff that comes from learning the achievement process.
