The right to choose your path in life must also be protected by the right to protection and security. People should be able to chose their way and speak their mind without the fear of attack or retaliation toward them from anyone domestic or foreign. The primary purpose of the government should be to protect all from foriegn invaders (armed forces & border patrols), local domestic disputes (Police) and be the arbiter of contractural disagreements (Courts).
This system allows people to think and create without fear of being bullied or attacked because of their beliefs. This freedom and protection also allows people or entities to benefit from their efforts.
